Mitchell Ward
Chief Executive Officer & Chairman

Mitchell is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Dallas-based MW Logistics, LLC. a company that he founded in July 2001. MW Logistics, LLC designs logistics and transportation solutions for businesses by working with asset-based partners to secure shipping capacity and services across multiple transportation modes, including over the road, rail and bulk/tanker options. Achieving profitability early on, MW Logistics has emerged as one of the leading third-party logistics providers in North America.

Mitchell, an advocate for giving to others, is committed to giving back to communities through philanthropic initiatives and college work programs. Through the MW Cares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of his company, he supports several Dallas community organizations and college programs each year. Over the last few years, MW Cares brought together several organizations, businesses and area Food Banks to deliver the largest food giveaways in the history of North Texas giving away over a million pounds of food that fed over 60,000 people each year.

Mitchell has been an avid supporter of his alma mater Texas State University since his graduation, serving in multiple capacities on various boards. In 2022, Mitchell was the recipient of the Texas State Distinguished Alumni Award which recognizes alumni that have achieved prominence and made a significant impact on the lives of others through their professions, accomplishments, affiliations, and service to the society and the university.

Pamela Wills-Ward
Chief People & Strategy Officer

As Chief People & Strategy Officer of MW Logistics, LLC., Pamela brings over 20 years of experience as a global HR executive. Her focus is the strategic growth of the organization, implementation of talent centered strategies, optimization of technology solutions and building a scalable and sustainable infrastructure.

In addition to her CPSO role, she serves as President of the MW Cares Foundation, the philanthropic arm of MW Logistics. Over the course of her career, Pam has demonstrated success in building programs that drive growth, develop and maximize profitability, and build or restore market share in highly complex and competitive business environments. Her broad base of experience includes the development and deployment of talent focused strategies, merger and acquisition integration, leading system implementations and corporate travel program administration.

A graduate of Texas State University, Pamela holds both a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in business administration. In addition, she is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

While heading the MWCares Foundation, she is also active in the community. Her affiliations include membership in The Dallas Assembly, Board Trustee for the Texas State University Development Foundation, Board Trustee for The Lamplighter School and membership with The Links Incorporated, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Matt McGuire

Director of Sales

Matt McGuire is originally from Wichita Falls, TX and has been in DFW since 2011. He attended Abilene Christian University where he played baseball. He started his transportation over 10 years ago and has worked on the 3PL side developing operations and sales teams. Matt’s focus is on Sales, Pricing and data insights.
